Recently, Tampa International Airport in Florida announced that pajamas would no longer be permitted as travel attire.
The airport sarcastically claimed to have banned Crocs, slip-on shoes made of a proprietary foam resin known as Croslite, which prompted the request ABC15 News reports.
The airport’s social media accounts have advised passengers not to wear Crocs, even though they are technically allowed.
Although “this decision could be disruptive to someone in your life,” the airport admitted that it’s time to have “a difficult conversation with them” and urge them to give up wearing pajamas to the airport.
Netizens commented on the post after the airport published it on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
