A thirty-year-old Thai man breeds happy laying hens and ducks and donates his eggs to cancer patients who are near death.
According to media reports, in Moo 4, Pak Chaem Subdistrict, Huai Yot District, Trang Province, Thailand, Chatchanachai Nui Khao raises over 800 laying chickens and 2,400 ducks on an empty plot of ground close to his home. In order to keep the chickens happy and reduce stress from being startled by visitors, he uses a technique of playing music for them all day.
Most of the chickens and ducks are raised in enclosed farms to keep them from becoming scared. Also, Chatchanachai has been sharing his eggs with all of the village’s terminally sick cancer patients for more than a year.
He wants the patients to have access to premium, chemical-free eggs that will improve their health, lower their costs, inspire them, and give back to the community with no financial outlay.
He confirmed that until he is unable to do so, he will keep providing free eggs to all of the village’s terminally sick cancer patients.
According to him, he gives cancer patients with one tray of eggs each day, which he replenishes when it runs out. He considers it as a laudable act. He’s been doing this for more than a year. There are now just two patients, one of whom has died. Seeing them eat the eggs he provides them makes him happy.
