A Texas woman has been arrested by police on suspicion of putting razors into a number of baked items at different Walmart stores in Biloxi, Mississippi.
More than a week ago, loaves of bread bought at Walmart were found with razor blades; however, authorities were not contacted until Monday, local TV station WLOX reports.
Camille Benson, a 33-year-old woman from Texas, was arrested on Tuesday. She was arrested after investigators received a tip that she had been spotted in the 1000 block of Division Street.
Benson was identified as a person of interest when surveillance footage of her leaving a Walmart shop was made public by Biloxi investigators at around noon. She was incarcerated in Harrison County by 5 p.m.
Benson is charged with attempted mayhem and is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center.
