In order to finally wrestle the goat from a Hawi cliff,Hawaii,United States,volunteers employed a two-pronged strategy: by land and by sea. After rescuing her, they transported her to a veterinarian.
Since the goat was originally seen on July 7, there have been many speculations as to how she got there, ranging from predators chasing her to her just losing her balance, KHON 2 reports.Rescuers had a difficult time climbing the 120-foot cliffside because the top was loose and deteriorating.
The goat turns out to be pregnant. Despite spending at least a week stranded on the cliff, doctors say she is roughly three years old and doing well.
