The Arabuko Sokoke Forest on the Kenyan coast is the origins of the Sokoke, one of the rarest domestic cat breeds worldwide.
Medium sized Sokoke cat with short, coarse, and dense coat with a “wood grain” pattern; usually brown, brown tabby, or silver tabby.
The cat breed is 7 to 8 inches tall, weighs 8 to 10 pounds, and has an average lifespan of 9 to 15 years.
Loyal, curious, energetic, playful and affectionate they get along well with other dogs and cats.
