
Seven passengers were hospitalized at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina,United States on June 27, due to an odor.Mecklenburg EMS Agency (Medic) stated,the three people six crew members and one gate agent had symptoms of inhalation from an unidentified substance. According to WCNC Charlotte,everyone who was affected only suffered minor injuries and is now stable.
American Airlines flight 2055 was scheduled to take off for Los Angeles when the incident happened. Before passengers boarding the Airbus A321, the odor was observed.The maintenance crew removed the aircraft from service so it could be inspected.
