
A dog at a house in Tambon Chaiyaphum, Amphoe Chaiyaphum, Ang Thong Province,North Eastern Thailand,has its head caught in a plastic container. On May 15, 2015, Rescue Association personnel got a call for help.
According to the dog’s owner,Thai mixed-breed male dog named White, who was about two years old, slipped his head inside the can to eat the frogs he was keeping.But he couldn’t get his head out for 4 days.To pull the can out, he and others first attempted to grab him, but White fled in fear. Rescue personnel were called in because he had been fleeing in fear for the past four days, fearing that he would starve to death.
Thailand’s Channel 7 News reports,White was lying when the homeowner and the rescuers slowly surrounded him. In order to keep him from being scared, the owner called his name. The rescue team rushed at White as the chance presented itself, helping in holding his head and legs. They used scissors to safely cut a plastic can and assisted in supporting his neck and legs.
