
The medium-sized Puli dog breed is most known for its lengthy coat of cords.Puli were first used as guardians and herding dogs in Hungary.
The colors of Puli can be white, black, rusty black, or different tones of grey and apricot. They are strong, muscular breed underneath the coat.
A puli’s height 15 to 17 inches for females and 16 to 18 inches for males. Five to seven pounds or two to three kilos can be the weight of a completely corded, mature coat, average lifespan 10 to 14 years.
Active, intelligent confident and protective, the Puli dog breed is an ideal family dog and friendly with children. Pulis need regular mental and physical exercise.They need Pulis nutritious, well-balanced diet.
Pulis need daily brushing because of their thick coats. Their coats, however, can be brushed, trimmed, or kept corded.
