
Native to the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, Pandikona dogs are medium to large-sized, robust, athletic, and sturdy sighthound dogs.
Males of the Pandikona breed weigh 25 to 32 kg (55-70 pounds), females are 20 to 26 kg (44-57 pounds), males are 22 to 26 inches (56-58 cm) tall, and females are 20 to 24 inches (51-61 cm) tall. The average lifespan of the breed is 10 to 12 years.
The Pandikona dog breed’s silky and smooth and coat colors are Tan, White, Cream, Red, Brown, and Black.
Pendikonas are hunting and guarding dogs. Early socialization can make them perfect family dogs and good with children.
