You should have a steel comb, wire slicker, rubber-bristled brush, and/or de-shedding equipment for routine grooming, nail clippers, nail file, Shampoo made for dogs,Cotton balls, ear cleaner, deshedding/dematting brush, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush, scissors for trimming hair.
Whatever the type of coat your dog has, brushing should be done every day or at least multiple times a week. Brush your pet first if you intend to give them a bath.

Use a dog friendly toothbrush and toothpaste to regularly clean your dog’s teeth. You can also give them chew toys or dental treats.
