
Originating in ancient Hungary, the Kuvasz used to safeguard livestock like cattle, sheep, and horses, the Kuvasz is an old guardian dog.Large and strong, Kuvasz dogs have a thick, snow-white double coat.
The breed typically weighs between 70 and 115 pounds, or 37 and 62 kg, has a shoulder height of 26 to 30 inches, an average height of 65 to 76 cm, and an average lifespan of 10 to 12 years.
With this breed, early socialization is important because of its strong protective instincts.The double coat of the Kuvasz can be straight or wavy, and it is relatively coarse.
Guard hair and delicate undercoats make up Kuwaz’s double coat. Their coat simply needs to be brushed once a week to get rid of contaminants and lessen shedding.
Kuvas has grown into a powerful, energetic working dog, and his health and wellbeing depend on regular exercise and need proper diet.
