Surveillance footage captured Macomb Township businessman Eddie Jawad being accosted outside his Macomb Township home on October 21. During a raid on the suspect’s Warren residence on Sunday, a suspect was taken into custody, local TV station WXYZ reports.
Jasan Delanta Martin, 32, of Eastpointe, the suspect, was accused with six offenses, including assault with intent to kill.
Police eventually located the suspected car with a regular license plate on it, and they were able to match it because of various scuff marks, brake dust, and even bird poop that were visible on the car when the shooting happened.
