The unidentified person began the communication last week just after 10 p.m. local time. Person: Yo Officer: Okay person: Wyd (What are you doing?) Officer: Having a good time (How about you?) Person: Would you like to smoke? Officer: Smoke? Person: I received several gas pump emoji and fire emoji. Officer: It seems unlikely that we will be permitted to smoke together.
