
The Cirneco Dell’Etna is a midium sized slender hound dog with short or semi-long coats that lack feathers. It has a smooth, close coat, a fine head, and wide, upright ears, originated Mount Etna in Sicily, Italy.
Strong-willed, stubborn, affectionate, vigilant and loyal to his owner, the Cirneco is a ideal watch and companion dog. When socialized properly, it gets along nicely with children and other animals.
Cirneco Dell’Etna is 18 to 19.5 inches tall for men or 46 to 52 cm and 16.5 to 18 inches or 42 to 50 cm tall for women.Males weigh 22 to 26 pounds or 10 to 13 kg ,females weigh 17 to 22 pounds or 8 to 10 kg and their average lifespan is 12 to 14 years.
