The three babies, according to officials, are Grant’s zebras, the smallest and most widely distributed subspecies of the eastern African plains zebra, NBC 10 Philadelphia reports.
The youngest of the three, who were born only a few days apart, was born today. They consist of one male, one female, and one whose sex is still unknown.
The foals have not yet been given names, according to officials, but the animal care experts are still keeping an eye on their development and behavior.
