When a homeless man won $1 million in a California lottery scratch-off game, he originally believed he had won nothing. When Armando Vidal used his winning ticket to verify his prize at Sandy’s Deli & Liquor in April, the surprise was revealed.
According to Local12,a California Lottery announcement states that Vidal is trying to find a house with a bed and a few dogs. In order to guarantee a consistent income, he also plans to invest his winnings.
After scanning the Triple Red 777 Scratchers game ticket, Wilson Samaan, the store manager, questioned Vidal, “What are you going to do with a million dollars?” Vidal, who frequently visits the business, was surprised. And that’s how I learned I had won a million dollars.
