Three women are being sought by Australian police after a young family’s pet was taken from outside a shopping center in Melbourne.
According to media reports, at around 3:25 p.m. on March 9, Frank Wong tied his family’s 10-month-old cavoodle Dora to a pole outside Vogue Shopping Plaza, located at 670 Chapel Street in South Yarra.
Three women allegedly untied Dora and left with the puppy as Wong was inside shopping for groceries.
Reuniting Dora with his four-and-a-half-year-old daughter was a top priority for Wong.
The three were last spotted heading north down Chapel Street in the direction of Richmond with Dora.
The women, who are described as Caucasian, in their 20s to 30s, and have long brown hair, as police released their pictures on social media.
