Abyssinian or Abys weighs 8–12 pounds ( 2.5 to 4.5 kgs) and is 8–10 inches tall and known to have originated in ancient Egypt 4,000 years ago, this cat breed is regarded as one of the oldest car breeds.
The colors of their coats are fawn, blue, red, and reddish. Their average lifespan 12 to 15 years.Quiet, smart, and inquisitive, Abyssinian cats are seen as to bond with their families and like human interaction.
They have big almond-shaped eyes. Their coats have a distinctive tickling pattern that appears darker on the spine.
High-quality diet that provides plenty of protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals is beneficial to Abyssinians. Abyssinian cats require more water than other cats, even though all cats benefit from diets high in moisture.
